John Apacible dies in shooting incident

Actor John Apacible (Enrique Rustia Apacible in real life) was reportedly shot dead by his uncle after a heated argument at Primerose Street in a subdivision in Cainta, Rizal at around 3AM, police said.

He was declared dead on arrival at the Metro Rizal Doctor’s Hospital in Cainta, Rizal after two bullets of a 9 mm pistol hit his chest and pierced his heart. The suspect is the victim’s 61-year-old uncle Armando Rustia who rode a motorcycle and fled towards an unknown direction after the incident. He portrayed Lt. Col. Santiago in ABS-CBN’s TV series “Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin.”
