TV host-comedian John Lapus has threatened to file a libel complaint against radio host-columnist Jobert Sucaldito for accusing him of getting nearly hit by a bottle of Fundador in the head for harassing a certain “Kiko.”
“I am suing Jobert Sucadito, the showbiz editor of Bandera Ervin Santiago and her publisher Eileen G. Mangubat,” said Lapus. “This is also sa lahat ng mga tao na mga arista for that matter na inokray ni Jobert in the past at ginawan ng maling artikulo. This is for direk Wenn Deramas, Candy Pangilinan, Marian Rivera, Baby James Yap or even Dr. Vicky Belo. This is for all of us that’s why I’m suing,” Lapus added. Sucaldito claims that he has an audio recording of the incident.
